Colibrì was born from a courageous choice: to transform a new passion into a true life project. Since 2023, we've worked every day to offer our customers artisanal gelato that embodies emotion, tradition, and innovation.
We carefully select our ingredients and meticulously prepare our flavors, seeking the perfect balance between authenticity, creaminess, and intense flavor. Alongside the great Italian gelato classics, we offer original flavors, seasonal creations, and specialties inspired by the flavors of our region.
